Prelude: Welcome to the Neighbourhood!

Well hi, fancy seeing you here! Welcome to the neighbourhood, or as we call it, Trouthood! This is the first entry of a collection of adventures in the Sims 4 game through manual story progression and future mod integration.

For some background regarding the story progression; unfortunately Maxis has made the decision to not include it in the Sims 4, leaving many players upset and unsatisfied with the way the game plays out. At the current time the best way to story progress your Simhood is to enter the families you want to progress manually and create their stories. Unfortunately that means spares in challenge games do not get to progress with children of their own, and as of the current time we are awaiting a mod for automated story progression.

Due to the lack of story progression there are many family stories to tell, which led to the creation of this blog.


All active families to be featured include pre-made families, custom households, and gallery households.
